1. How do I place an order?

      Select your item, view your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address and payment information then submit your order. Confirmation Email will be sent.

2. How do I pay for my order?

      Power-Lite Products Ltd. accepts online payment via Chip & LINX VISA Debit Card and Credit Card.

3. Can I pay with cash?

      There is no cash payment option available currently.

4. When will my order be shipped?

      At Power-Lite Products Limited we offer 1-3 business days nationwide delivery throughout T&T Monday - Friday.

      Delivery is based on time and date orders are placed.

      NOTE: Not all areas are eligible for delivery and would be delivered via TTPOST.

5. What is the cost of delivery?

      A standard delivery fee of TT$35.00 is offered for order placed.

6. Can I get my order the same day I placed my order?

      Same-day delivery is available for orders based on distance from our warehouse to your location and the time at which the order is placed.

7. Are there any cash on delivery payment?

      No. All payments are to be made online.
