  • How do I pay for my order?

    Power-Lite Products Ltd accepts payment via online, Chip & LINX VISA Debit Card and Credit Card.

  • Can I pay with cash?

    There is no cash payment option available currently.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    At Power-Lite Products Ltd we offer nationwide delivery 1–3 business days throughout T&T. Delivery is based on time and date orders are placed. Some delivery services are unavailable to selected areas and as such would be delivered via TTPOST.

  • What is the cost of delivery?

    A standard nationwide delivery fee of TT$35.00 is offered for orders placed.

  • Can I get my order the same day I placed my order?

    Same-day delivery is available for orders based on distance from our warehouse to your location and the time at which the order is placed.

  • Are there any cash on delivery payment?

    No. We accept online credit or debit card payments. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) option.

  • Are Same-Day order Pick-Up available?

    Yes, orders placed before 1:00 PM can be collected the same-day.
